Argentina on the Cusp of Economic Transformation

Martín Cabrales, president of the 31st Industrial Conference of the Argentine Industrial Union (UIA), stated today that the country is at a pivotal moment, asserting that starting from December 10, an "opportunity to carry out a host of transformations" opens up. In an interview with NA, Cabrales described it as a "happy day" due to the record number of registrants, advertisers, and young attendees at the conference titled "The Future is Produced Today," highlighting that these long-discussed changes are finally within reach. The conference is being held at the CEC in the City of Buenos Aires. The main focus of these transformations, according to Cabrales, lies in the need for labor modernization and tax reform, issues that have been firmly on the UIA's agenda. The businessman was emphatic in stating that labor modernization is "fundamental" to combat the "terrible" labor informality affecting Argentina.
